Why I Became a Coach
My journey into coaching didn't start with a certification — it started with a crisis. Years ago, I found myself successful on paper but deeply unfulfilled. I had the career, the achievements, and the external markers of success, but something fundamental was missing.
Through my own process of transformation, I discovered that the gap between who I was and who I wanted to become wasn't about working harder — it was about seeing clearly. Once I gained clarity about my values, my purpose, and my direction, everything shifted.
That experience ignited a passion for helping others navigate their own transformations. I trained extensively, worked with hundreds of clients, and eventually built VAYU — a system that goes beyond traditional coaching to create lasting, measurable change.
